Iconic hotel in a beautiful area really close to the Opera, the Old Town and the lakes in the centre of Hanoi, Indochina/Vietnam, and the several excellent restaurants. More than adequate and extensive breakfasts especially for Vietnamese coffee.

The location in the heart of the town was marvellous. Booked a room with breakfast. The staff were very good and had a sense of humour.

it was clean, i would return anytime. generally, the place was fabulous and had courteous staff with impeccable service by the staff. the hotel was located in the heart of hanoi. easily reached green tangerine, located at a short distance from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant-style building and well-appointed and brand-new room in colonial style. The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from a shopping mall. Visited few places in the centre, within a close distance from the hotel.

The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in a truly wonderful building with a poolside restaurant. The property rooms are great value with champagne and a complementary glass of champagne that's how to do check in, as example.

There was nothing I didnt like.

I ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. The well equipped bathroom was the best. It was in an excellent and perfect location with French Quarter nearby. The hotel met requests, I would love to come back.

I loved staying in this beautiful historical and very upscale place. The room was brand-new and great quality, and with a lovely view of the lake. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was impeccable.

Pity, but the beds were very small.

It's spotless hotel nestled in a Colonial style building in the gorgeous area. A balcony and a living room in the room, best possible and optimal location. More than adequate breakfast especially for Vietnamese coffee, well priced. Early check in and late check out. Fine base for shopping, do recommend.

Certainly an absolutely outstanding experience for shopping in Hanoi. 1st class trendy boutique hotel with a modern design. Service-minded staff, always with a smile. Best possible and comfortable location not very far from Hi Spa. Set near to downtown, all the highlights and especially the Metropole Hanoi in the excellent area.
